Flagship Hunter
Chinese Flagship Overseas
Estimated Costs

The Taipei Flagship Overseas Center has a goal of increasing the affordability of the Capstone year abroad and thus lowering the overall expenses for each student. Students’ estimated living cost per year is less than $15,000 (please see detailed chart below). Long-term cooperation between National Taiwan University and the Language Flagship Program has resulted in extremely reasonable prices for incoming students. While other foreign students studying at NTU are required to pay $200 per credit, Flagship students will pay the local student tuition of $34-$68/credit. Flagship students will also receive a NTU Identification Card, which will grant them discounts of 10-25% on local transportation, for various entertainment, and for other expenses in Taiwan. Such affordability at a world-renowned university within a prestigious Flagship certified program is unprecedented. We will continue to honor our commitment of maintaining affordability as the Taiwan Capstone Year Program grows.
